SOURCE: how do I transfer pics from my computer to digital frame sv811

Connect the frame to you computer via the USB cable. Your computer should see the frame as a removeable storage device (new drive letter) if there's memory on the frame to store images. If not, then get a cheap memory card or USB key for $20 and put the images there.

Lost handbook, don't know how to transfer pictures from card to picture frame.

My guess would be that your picture frame comes with some sort of cable to hook to the computer or a memory stick that will connect also.

You just need to plug both in and drag the files from the memory card folder to the picture frame folder.

I'm happy to assist further should you need help.

We've lost part of the AC power adapter for our MemoryVue MV 800 digital frame -- the part that goes from the outlet to the adapter cord that attaches directly to the frame (it's a "two prong"...

I think this is a "figure of eight" power cord, a standard, widely available item. I found a hundred or so right away on Amazon by searching for "figure eight power".

I lost my usb cord to transfer the photos. Where can I buy one?

ANY computer parts company on the web or in your city. Brought your device with you to make sure you get the right connector. Or just go to the website that made your picture frame and purchase it through them.

Transferring photos from computer to photo frame

I just called the company because I have one as well. They told me that in the case of my photo frame I cannot transfer them from a pc. I need to buy a usb storage device or other devices to keep the pictures. That needs to be on the photo frame to view pictures. I am not happy with this since they should have told us that it would cost more money. I will never buy Philips again!

SEQUENCING PICTURES IN BUILT-IN MEMORY

The DPF-80 has now way to sequence pics. The only way for them to play in an order is add them one at a time to the frame via the computer. The files can not be batch sent, such as sending a whole folder at one time. Windows will dictate the order in which they are transfered if you do it that way. Transfer one pic at a time. Tedious, but it works
