I'm not sure what water cooling system you speak of. This is a propane water heater. Possible issues: pressure regulator making noise. Could be dirty or defective. Air in a water line. Excessive scale caused by hard water.

Beeping will not stop on wine cooler - red wine side

Beeping usually indicates that something has gone wrong. Probably not cooling properly. The water coming out would indicate that the unit has defrosted. Turn the unit back on again and see if the red side is cooling properly. Some wine fridges have independent evaporators which allows different cooling temps in different parts of the cabinet.

Same loud crack noise also a high pitched beep every minute or so

The noise may come from a plastic piece that is around the outside fan ( that picks up the water ) and cools the condenser ( coil ). the fogs maybe condensation ( warm air and cool air mixing on the window ( heat from outside on the window and cool air inside ( poor seal around the widow ( Unit) .

Dell Dimension 8400 - screen goes black or just freezes, no mouse or keyboard input works. Power down and then power back up works fine for about 10 mins then same problem.

Does the computer emit any beeps? If so, how many beeps?
One quick loud BEEP, at start up means that all is loading OK. If you get more than one BEEP sound, than you could have Memory ( RAM ) that is, or has failed. Sometimes, if one of the internal fans has failed or is failing, a computer will start up, and than shut itsself down again. Look for any error messages that may come across the screen. Get on another computer, and search for "computer beep codes". If you have the original manual that came with the computer, sometimes it will list beep codes in it. As it has been pointed out, it could be the hard drive also, check the beep codes, that is a good place to start.

Hf flashing on screen and beeping loud

H/F error is due to :-- No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.

Or
If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Keeps making a beeping noise

Hi, if the unit is fairly new, you may want to claim warranty check or replacement. If it has been used for some time, it may be that: 1) the battery is dying, 2) not getting enough charge or 3) too much load. For 1, battery replacement might be required. Care should be taken since this requires opening the enclosure, removing the old battery (might have acid leaks) and replacing with a new one. For 2), any competent techncian could diagnose and repair. For 3) try removing all other loads to the UPS and just run the PC with the monitor and see if the problem still exist. Hope this works for you and please let me know how things trun up. Regards.
