How do I replace a motor on a Hubsan x4 pro 109s

You have posted this query in a forum dealing with Cameras. Would it not be better in a forum dealing with children's toys ?

Just pull. Be carefull not to pull the wire. Try to use fingers laterally pressing the body of battery instead of making force to the wire.

What is the issue with the quadcopter?

All propellers spin but it flips over when trying to fly?

This would be clockwise and/or counter clockwise propellers on the wrong motor(s). For copters with an even number of propellers, each propeller turns the opposite direction from the ones on either side of it. The reason for this is so the combined engine torque is in equilibrium. Unbalancing this equilibrium is what allows the craft to turn left or right without a rudder or tail rotor.
Regardless of spin direction all propellers must blow air downwards.

All propellers are in unison. Your model may be faulty.
All videos I have found show all 4 propellers working at all times.
Check the one propeller and see if there is anything obscuring it's rotation. Otherwise contact the store or the manufactuer.

Sounds like it has not bonded with the transmitter. Check the manual for bonding. Should be something like " switch on quad..holding throttle button down (pressed in) switch on transmitter ,wait until lights stay steady.Release throttle and set to lowest position." but check the manual as different units have different bonding setups.
