SOURCE: Not cooling or cold
The REFRIGERATOR WAS MOVED TO ANOTHER SITE. AND IT HAS NOT GOTTEN COLD SINCE MOVE, PLUB UP 2 DAYS AGO. iT WAS UNPLUG AND CLEAN 2 DAYS BEFORE MOVE. COULD IT NEED ANTI-FREEZE?
SOURCE: frost forms in freezer, blocking vents so temp in both freezer and fridge is warmer than normal
You have an issue with the defrost system, either the timer, thermostat or heating element. Probably the defrost timer refer to the manual to find it. If you don't have the manual check the makers web site for a parts breakdown. You should be able to put it into defrost manually by turning the knob and see if that helps. You may need to do this sevral times as it only stays in defrost for a little over twnety minutes and run cycle for 6,8 or ten hours. If the ice build up is heavy then twenty minutes may not do the trick thus the need for repated defrost cycles. If it does the trick replace the timer. If not check the thermostat and heater element.
SOURCE: fridge side is not cooling, freezer side is fine
The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent(damper)
between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through
it. There is a flap you adjust with the
fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the fridge
temp ..
If the evaporator coils behind the back panel of the freezer
are icing up because of auto defrost failure that will stop the circulation of
cold air and eventually affect the freezer too.
check defrost timer, defrost heater, defrost thermostat. In
most newer models the timer has been replaced by an electronic control board.
If the heater and thermostat are ok it’ll be the control.

It is probably because it's not getting cold enough to cut off. If you slowly turn the thermostat to warmer it should cut off when it gets to that temp.If it doesn't cut off then it is a thermostat problem. When you have heavy ice buildup on the evaporator coils inside the freezer behind the back panel that will hamper the cooling. This is caused by a defrost system failure.
