Hope this helps. You might try a company called Vance Baldwin they usually carry a large inventory of remote replacements for all kinds of applicances. Had to get a remote for my Panasonic DVD player and it was only $12.00 (brand new)

it depends upon the model, when you buy the remote there's a list of the unit that you may used into it. and also indicates there the code, just follow the instruction

I purchased a universal remote CHUNGHOP K-1028E on ebay for this unit but the bad news is it only does basic functions and its in Celius.
Functions that work
On/off
heat
cool
wind/fan speed
mode
Led light
3 flap settings
code is 348 and 453
I also have a harmony one remote and tried learning the original remote functions but doesn't really work properly
GOOD LUCK

In my experience, the related remote is better than universal remote, as it's not designed for particular unit, but for multi.
Anyhow, take universal remote, power on your a/c.In front of your a/c, press setting and then < or > continuously. In your remote the number will go up or down as 999.........998.997......... or 1101...102........103...104. like that. Stop, when you get response by beep sounds. That is code for your a/c to operate. Helpful?
