Adobe illustrator recovery

Yesterday I received such a message File is corrupted and cannot be recovered when I tried to open my file in Adobe illustrator. Now that the file is clearly in my opinion corrupted, I want to ask you, has anyone encountered such a situation recently and how was the problem solved?? is not one sort of thing?!

    Step 1
Launch Adobe Illustrator. Click “File” and select "Open” from the context menu.
    Step 2
Choose the file you want to recover in the file-navigation dialog. Highlight the file but do not open it.
    Step 3
Press “Ctrl-Alt-Shift” on a Windows PC, or press the Command-Option-Shift” keys simultaneously on a Mac.
    Step 4
Click “Open” while holding down the keys. A blank window will open. Close this window.
    Step 5
Navigate to the directory containing your file with the work you want to recover. Open it and look for a copy of the original filename preceded by an underscore (“_”) character. This is your recovered file ready for editing.
or you can try to use illustrator recovery , find here -https://onlinefilerepair.com/en/illustra...

SOURCE: Adobe illustrator file corruption. What to do?

Hi,
First check your illustrator. Could it open other files or not? Try to create new file and save it, then open again.
Try to open your corrupted file on another PC. Then if it doesn't work, it means that your file is corrupted. So you should try to restore it by Recovery Toolbox for Illustrator . You can download it here http://www.illustrator.recoverytoolbox.com/

My adobe illustrator image

This method considers acquiring Acrobat (not just the Reader) or you may solve the issue by recovery corrupt illustrator file

Works on (and was tested in) Illustrator version 10 and all CS versions.
>Open the corrupt file in Acrobat.
>Take the arrow tool.
>Click on any element or text in the document.
>Just move the object by hitting one of the directional arrows on your keyboard.
>File, Save.
>Open the file in Illustrator.
>It will say 'this file has been modified outside of Illustrator' or something to that effect. it will ask if you want to keep changes.
>Say 'Yes' (or OK)
Your file will open virtually intact!
This has worked when nothing else has... believe me it is painful to have to recreate a corrupt file....

I like to work with graphics

1. Run a full anti-virus scan. If possible, tell it to run the scan while the computer is booting up. Afterwards, try opening the program again. If it fails, try Step 2.
2. Go to Control Panel/Programs and features. Locate the list of installed programs and scroll down to Adobe. Click on Adobe and there should be an option to Repair or Uninstall. Choose Repair, if available. Otherwise, uninstall then re-install the software. (Sometimes, Windows Update is known to "break" an installed program; sad, but true).
