Any idea what this code means? The washer seems to work fine, but clothes are slightly more damp than usual. Also, any clue on the matching dryer (110.67087600) F44 code?

Front loading washers are notorious for not spinning the water out of a small load of clothes. This is because there is not enough clothes in the washer to balance the tub during the spin cycle.
Try washing a slightly larger load with a minimum of six items or more. This is one of the downsides to front load models and no specific brand is immune to the problem.
Remove the dryer from the vent leading to the outdoors and try drying a load. This will reveal a restricted external/internal exhaust. If it dries in a normal cycle, it means the duct to the outside needs replaced or cleaned. If it still takes too long, the washer may need some maintenance to make it extract more water. If none of the above resolves the issue, the dryer will need to be disassembled inspected for worn, parts/air seals, etc. Follow the link below for disassembly instructions

Interesting. Lets look at the TECH SHEET. HC hot cold reversed. The inlet hoses are connected bass ackwards. Connect the cold to the COLD inlet and the hot to the HOT inlet and the on board processor will work much mo betta I garontee. As shown on page 5. Easy fix. That will be $95 pwease. LOL
I would assume that you are using HE detergent if not the pump could go into a suds lock. You may have a bad drain pump. The other options could be possibly a bad central control unit. (however these are very expensive) or possibly a door lock issue but usually you will get a door lock error.
I recently started getting this message as well. I found out that I accidentally switched the hot and cold water lines into the washer. After switching so hot goes to hot and cold goes to cold the 'hc' message has stopped.
Same problem washer finishes cycle and says HC.
