It could be that battery is dead. Try plunging to charger for couple of minutes and turn on while plugin. If this does not work, bring it to a service center or get a new phone

You have to reset it first switch off your phone then press star+three+call key+power on untill u see the shake hand. The security code will be reset to 12345

press GREEN,* and 3 simultaneously while turning it on..do not let go until the shaking hands appear..
