Hello, How many CO Lines do you have connected to your KX-TES824 Phone system?. The ports that are not connected need to be deactivated. Go to CO -> Detail and uncheck the ports that don't have lines plugged in and click apply or OK

This is most likely a service provider issue. If these are analog lines, take a regular phone, not a Panasonic system phone, and plug it into wherever the CO1 CO2 CO3 lines go into the cabinet. If they work there, you have a system fault (not likely). If they don't you have a line problem.

Make sure that you plug the phone into the lines coming in, not into the cabinet :-)

A Panasonic Analog PTS ring sound is not adjustable, however, the cadence is. An outside call rings with a single ring, an internal call is either voice announce or a double ring. The digital phones from Panasonic have either 8 or 30 different tones, but that's a different system.

How do I program call forwarding on my Panasonic KX-T7636?

The programming is done on the phone system and not the phone.

The programming can be done using phone or Maintenance software called Maintenance console. The settings is saved on the phone system not phone

I suggest you ask for remote support from www.wanetelecoms.com

Otherwise, have you enabled the card and your Telephone Service Provider supports Caller ID?

Hi I have Panasonic KX-TDA 200 with 6 CO Lines and want to configure 3 lines for local call access and last 3 lines for International and Mobile Call access.

Do you have the programming software?
The programming can be done through the phone but it's very tedious.

If you have the programming software, its done under Automatic Route Selection (ARS).

If you don't have the programming software, you ca download one from

I have a panasonic KX-TES824 Advance hybrid system machine. i want to how to check in and out calls from co lines.

On the side of the cabinet is a DB-9 serial port connector. If you get a PC or printer attached to the port and turn on SMDR, it will capture and print all activity in the system. There are no set log files for outgoing calls otherwise, but there is a limited set of incoming call logs where you can see the last 300 calls. It's in the programming manual for your system.

How to configure panasonic exchange Model KX-TEM 824 to work with telemanager call tracking software using telephone KX-T7730

It's pretty straightforward. The DB-9 connector on the cabinet is turned on by default for incoming and outgoing calls, so all you have to do is connect your serial port to the Panasonic serial port at 9600,n,8,1 (default). In the Maintenance console, tab 1.7 adjusts the output. How you set up the software is part of the manufacturer's instructions. The Telemanager software on my search engine was designed for the NANP only.
