I start up my pc and nothing pops up. Nothing will comes up.

okay if your PSU is working than have you checked the other hardware? for example check your MEMORY RAM sticks and check if they are properly in if they are out the pc will not start. also!
if the power supply is good than your motherboard should have an LED on it somewere look for it and power it on .. if this LED doesnt turn on than it means it gave out and you need to replace it .. cause of this? maybe a power surge or static or the light went out and came back and it fried it. i hope this helps

You mentioned that it won't turn on with the charger (without the battery). Does this mean that it turns on if the battery is in?

If it turns on with the battery, then you need to replace your AC adapter.

Have you tried cleaning the inside wit compressed ait, you could have a stuc fan that prevent the computer from starting

please check with taping num loc if num lock led is responding then this is a RAM refixing or bad RAm issue otherwise it is motherboard issue.

It seems that your SMPS power supply may be having some fault...try to replace it...
