Do a power drain on the system by removing the battery and leaving the power button pressed for 10-15 sec
Try LKGC
Try factory image restore
Run a diags on HDD

There is a reset button on the bottom of the laptop, To the right of the battery .

When you turn it on, as soon as the very first screen appears press F11.
Than it should take you straight to factory restore settings. P.S.
This will delete everything it so safe your stuff in Hard drives or flash drives.
