I can get it to ODIN MODE it gives the product name and then says custom binary download:no. and current binary: samsung official? and ten says downloading do not turn off target?
You likely have a program error or malware, perform a factory reset.

Same happened to my 3 month old TX. I just recharged it, and all was OK! Sounds strange at first, but in my hometown, it is very humid, so maybe it got some moist inside and that caused some variations in the power or battery or voltage... dunno, maybe you need some cleaning, or try to calibrate while plugged.

The first thing to try to correct this issue is to remove the battery and SIM (if you have on, varies by carrier) from the phone and wait 20 seconds, then, with the battery still out, plug it into your wall charger, then place the battery and SIM back in and turn the phone back on.
