The 4 beeps indicates that the washer is getting a door open signal. If the door is closed, then the door lock switch is probably faulty. Check the lock and then the wiring.
See https://www.searspartsdirect.com/model-number/LTF2140ES0/1428/0153200.html for the parts diagram. The door lock assembly is part 8 on the cabinet/top diagram. The washer lock wiring harness is not shown on the diagram; it is on the parts list below part 60.
I hope this helps.

SOURCE: LTF2140ES0 washer just beeps three times, wont start
Frigidaire engineers are so smart they programmed it to beep 3 times for door lock problem, draining problem and other problems in the internal electronics and didn't bother to give the users specific info to read off the machine.
Hello friend, thanks for your post!
If your Frigidaire washer, LTF2140ES0, is not starting it could be a possible issue with your control panel or door latch. Is your washer showing you any error codes? Double-check to ensure that the door is closed. If it is secure, reset the power to your washer for roughly ten minutes. You can do this by either unplugging it or flipping your circuit breaker into the off position. If the issue continues, it could either be the door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. I would recommend reaching out to an experienced appliance tech just to ensure no troubleshooting step has been missed. I hope these troubleshooting tips help you in some small way. -Matt
