E0= Outdoor activation of outdoor safety device

low pressure
high pressure
fan
compressor
could be any of these

i have a haier esa412m that had that same code e0, in my case it was a loose solder connection for the thermal sensor in front of the evaporator behind the intake air filter, the board with the loose connection sits behind the control pad, you will need to remove the covers, both front and top/side, disconnect the main power board and look for bad solder connects and resolder them, takes about 45 mins if you are a little handy.

Clogging of refrigerant piping system, insufficient
refrigerant or compressor/fan motor fault

Code E0 Error detail Remotecontrol transmission error (signal receiving error)

Try washing out condencer coil.

RAS-6HQE5 E0 A8 32 ???

That's an E0 code, and it means the main circuit board is fried.
