PROLEM WITH A4R LOAD PAPER FOR IMAGERUNNER IR 2520

in the copy settings in additional functions there is standard bypass settings.change it from there

Your using european standards instead of USA. Change the paper size to Auto Inch.

Press the additionel function button & press 2&8 buttons at once and again press additionel function .select COPIER and FUNCTION and CLEAR and ERROR andpress OK button.

communication error between the added cassette pedistal. check all the connectors. make sure you have programmed the correct size for this unit in additional functions ,make sure of a a4 or ltr selection where ever your at in this world.

Make sure you load paper either of the trays, (ByPass) or Drawer 1.
Select the same tray in print set up on your computer.
select same paper/tray on ur printer screen.
this worked for me.
