Best Solution;
1. Power off phone
2. Press and hold Home Button ( middle ) + Volume Up + power on button
3. Wait for 5 second until Android System Recovery menu appear
4. There are 4 options

reboot system now
apply update from sdcar
wipe data/factory reset
wipe cache partition

5. Move the options to " Wipe data / factory reset " using volume down ( - ) button and menu button to confirm, because the touchscreen doesn't work in reovery mode
6. After the process done, phone will reboot.

Try to go to www.gmail.com and see if you can recover your password. Click where it says "Can't access my account". If you can't recover your password from there and you don't remember it, the ONLY way to get back into your phone is to do a hard reset. Unfortunately, this erases all data on your phone.

You can use a password manager addon, whether you are using firefox, chrome, or IE, they all have addons and a few of those are capable of remembering passwords for you. Just do a search for it, if you have IE search Internet Explorer addons, then on that page search password manager. Also facebook will sometimes disable your account if you login too many places or times in a certain time period... you can enable it again if it's disabled, by going to account settings.
