I bought a new multi.func. device Samsung SCX-4300.
Before installing the toner I got the message: "Jam 1 or install tonner". When I installed it, the message was the same. There is no paper jam and the toner is new. I go to menu and choose maintenance clear of all setting but stil know same message again i asked local Technition he said your board damage, If my printer board damage so pls how much cost of this board and where i bought know Please help me

Have you replaced the toner? If not then doing so will reset the message. If you have, and the message remains, then was it a remanufactured/compatible unit? Probably the toner reset fuse has not been installed on the cartridge (or is defective)
