Goodday! the files of your music player are corrupt...or not compatible to your phone....not allowed.. bec. there is a problem in your phone. your memory cannot open bec. but after a while you will open it...why? bec. your memory is near for replacement or getting damage. try to connect to your computer input and then configure it and repair it there.

Unfortunately if the door is latched but with power then the loading motor section is struck or failed. If there is no power at all the power supply unit has failed. you will need to check on the SMPS unit . Check my tips column for SMPS maintenance.
try to perform a backup using nokia pc suite format the phone using *#7370# (Warning this will delete all data on the phone) restore backup to your phone via pc suite the error should be gone now

Reset All NOTE: THIS IS AN ADVANCED OPERATION AND RESTORES ALL SETTINGS TO THE FACTORY DEFAULTS. NORMAL USERS ARE NOT RECOMMENDED TO PERFORM THIS OPERATION! If your device freezes up press the Menu button and hold for 15 seconds. This is like a power down of the device. Once you perform the reset, the adjustments you made during last operation will be gone..... Go to my computer click on folder scroll to sansa and open the media folder and open each sub folder and delete manually then delete the folders Right click on your sansa then format a couple of times hope this works
Try and drag and drop from a music folder to the media folder on the player make sure usb mode is msc this will show you all the folders except the music folder create your own (music1) ..Use your windows explorer for the transfer... much easier...
