When A printer not recognising a new ink or toner cartridge is one of the most common issues that print owners experience. you may have two error messages like toner is not compatible or printer cartridge not detected do these steps. Because these a refills inks the Chip things they are full so you must
replace the cartridge with a new Canon one and the fault will go. If not just replace the chip with a new one!
Then your error u150 will go.

most probably has been damaged.
ink cartrigde is damaged due to followin causes--
1. over heating of head due to bulk printing
2. mishandling the cartridge.
3. repeated refillings
try this if you want to use this cartrigde again, it may work
1. clean the golden contact points with isopropyl alcohol of cartrigde as well as the cartridge holder
2. remove cartrigde and install again after some days
possibility of fault in printer is minimal,

When you got Error 4 on your printer canon MP145 It’s means one of your cartridge color/black has detected no ink. It happened maybe the printer MP145 is not used for long time. Don’t thinking your Cartridge is damaged. We can not do resetting procedure MP145 to resolve this I have tried it and failed.

how to resolving error 4 on printer canon MP145 Press Reset/Stop Button about 5 second or more until the error 4 disapper. It worked! Save your money for newcartridges.
