SOURCE: I need to dezone my Toshiba SD-V392 !!!!

You can't dezone it.

This is why they put zones in the units. Blame the record and movie companies.

99% of dvd players cannot be dezoned. Do a search on the net for a dvd player that can be dezoned and go buy it.

SOURCE: There is no chanel button on this Toshiba SD-V392

Check in the back of the unit to see if there is a switch to select channel 3 or 4. Or try to select the channel from the remote.

Remote menu button not working

Sometimes you can enter a code that will work nearly all the buttons, but is not the correct code for your DVD player. You should try other codes. But sometimes a universal remote will NOT work every function.

Hi Can you tell me if i can put a vhs home vidio in to this combi unit, and record on to a blank DVD. Also can i still get a manuel for this model. Many thanks. Regards Jeff

Hi Jeff,

No you can't i'm affraid you can only record using the VHS the DVD is a player only. A manual does exist for it, well it's listed as a Toshiba SD-V392 SU. I do have a PDF copy or you can download it from http://safemanuals.com/user-guide-instructions-owner-manual/TOSHIBA/SD-V392SU-_E you just need to click this link then click on the PDF icon (file size is 4.6 meg) just for info the PDF file is virus free i've checked. Regards, James.
