Does anyone have a maual for a 3 wheeled mobility scooter one with battery between legs by feet.mine stopped working totally dead

It can be any number of things.

1. Batteries are bad. Just because they are new, does not make them good or batteries you placed in the scooter are a lower (a.h.) than what is recommended by manufacturer.
2. short in the front/rear harness.
3. short in console.
4. park brake issue.
5. Thermal rollback.

It is an issue that a Technician should look at.

Faulty batteries.

Your manual will tell you what the nine beeps mean. Sounds like the controller is faulty.

Check the batteries, charger, state of battery charge. Have the batteries load tested. Replace the batteries if over 2 years old and they load test bad

When the failure occurs does a light flash on the tiller. If you see a flashing light count the number of flashes get back to me, your controller has found something wrong. When the scooter stops short do any lights light or is the scooter completely dead. Take the batteries to a battery shop.Have them load test them. I have a Rascal 600t my batteries will put out 500 cranking amps. If the batteries test good have the shop charge them up for you. Does it work right now. Yes, check your charger. No, check the freewheel mechanism when its in freewheel mode it electrically disconnects the motor. Well this thing gets wet at times i have to WD40 mine to get it to work right. The last thing to do is but the back end up,run it, while wiggling wires. Pay particular attention to connectors. The toggle switch in the tiller often gets intermittent. On my scooter the plugs on my get loose causing my scooter to fault out or to stall.Hope this helps

According to the Owners Manual: Circuit Breaker (Reset Button)
Your scooter is fitted with the latest in electronic controls that are programmed to protect
the electrical system from abnormal overloads. Provided for extra protection is a circuit
breaker, located on the battery pack. Should there be a situation where your scooter stops
for no apparent reason, please check that the circuit breaker has not popped.

If your batteries are running very low, this is the most likely source of your problems. 80% of my scooter repairs involve batteries. The fact that your scooter runs is a good thing. The fact that it runs only a few feet and gives you no error code when it stops indicates the electronics have no battery power to indicate a flash code. The back wheels jamming probably relates to a no power condition causing the brake to lock (it takes power to release the brake and turn the motor)
This scooter uses two U-1 batteries that last between 1 and 2 years. From your description, I would replace the batteries first and make any further determination of any problems, if any,after that. These batteries are available locally at a large discount (between $50 and $160 each) and can be installed with basic tools, saving you money on the labor charge.
Shop around for the best price. Charge the new batteries fully before use. Enjoy.

That really sounds like the batteries need replacing but first check the battery connections.

Are you sure the battery charger is working correctly ?, can you try another charger ?

Sounds like the brake. Ohm chech the brake (it is attached to the end of the motor). It should be around 35 ohms
