Question about Raymarine GPS
The CH DVD300 is notorious for power supply problem. If this the case, you can send the power supply to be repaired for around $15.00 to: Wired Communications 31211 N. 77th Way Scottsdale, AZ, 85262 Tel. 480-209-1700 Contact them before sending anything. Francis

Also check and replace C126 47mfds/50 volts
And C520 1000mfds/16 volts

SOURCE: My Bose Wave CD Radio has no power. Will not turn
Yes - although Bose doesn't really publicize the fact, there is an internal line fuse in each Wave. Location varies by model and date of manufacture, but the fuse is easy to spot once you open the radio case.

SOURCE: Volvo 1998 C70 power seat does not move. Fuses OK.
The first thing to check is the backrest release switch activator. This is a small plastic lever located under the backrest pivot point under the bottom of the seat. There is a small spring attached to it. The attachment point is what normally brakes. If you locate the micro switch, you can close the switch with your finger and try to move the seat at the same time (watch your fingers!). If this is the problem, you can get this plastic piece and replace it. This is not the most enjoyable job and will take a lot of patience. Let me know if you need more info.

SOURCE: Samsung model ln40a450c1d.TV is dead.
Some power? I would recommend you should get a sams photofact reference on your set and find out what voltages you should have at all exit points from the power supply.
I did find this entry on some people who had similar problems.
If you are handy with a soldering iron and not afraid to take apart the set give this a try!
Because the Samsung LNS4051D would not turn on and the power LED would blink 4 times and the relay would click and this would repeat again and again. I replaced power supply board parts CM806, 811, 812 & 817, all 1000 uf 10v capacitors, three had their tops bulged up slightly that I missed on initial visual inspection. After seeing the reports of problems with these caps on http://www.fixya.com/support/t1336881-will_not_turn_or_off , I replaced them with Radio Shack part 272-1032, 1000 uf, 35v. They are slightly bigger, but fit OK. TV is working fine now. Cost was 4 x $1.59 = $6.36 plus the time. I saved between $100 to 300 in the process of either replacing the board or getting the unit serviced. If you are not comfortable replacing components which means using a soldering iron, you can replace the power circuit board, available from http://www.discount-************/ProductDetails.asp?ProductCode=1030952-SAMSUNG&&Click=46
