SOURCE: my battery meter doesn't work. It stays on 100
There are few ways to determine the problem .
is the battery copy ?
- Change the battery and try again but try with original one ..!
Result : Same ?
- Phone problem mostly the hardware it can even be the battery connector

SOURCE: 24 volt trolling motor wiring
Just like a flashlight. Positive to neg, In a loop going to the motor. That is the jump between the batteries, One red wire coming in from motor, it will go to pos, from one battery, the neg will go to the 2nd battery pos. From the 2nd battery neg will go to the motor. That is it, one jumper connecting the 2 batteries, will create the 24 volts. Hope this helps.

Is the toggle switch on rabbit speed? If so it will go on fast as soon as u step on the pedal switch
Some how you have Radio Interference conflicting with your unit. The RF as it is called, may be coming from the engine. Try to connect to an INDEPENDENT power supply for the Eagle and not the same source your trolling motor. You seem to be getting line interference.
