My W960i internal 8 GB memory was corrupted, seems my mobile without 8 GB, how to fix or repair it there is any hard ware reset ?

You can try Factory Reset or Master reset. Also the best would be use SEUS and reinstall the firmware.

Old school. Go to Start > Run (Search). Type cmd ENTER. From the Command Prompt type chkdsk x: /r/f ENTER. X being the drive letter.

What to do when it says internal memory full

Delete some pictures off you camera. It means that there is no more room on your memory.

Make sure to transfer them to a computer, before you delete them, as you wouldn't want to lose precious memories.

A month ago, it happened to my phone too. I got it reprogrammed at a local repair shop for only $10. The repair man says the problem is brought about by over charging of batteries or by downloading of certain apps which eat up a huge amount of the phone's 8GB internal memory. So he advised me to be careful so it won't happen again. I hope this helps. =)
