SOURCE: Motorola SBG900 settings set back to default settings
This exact problem just happened to me today. I called Motorola & they said this sometimes happens as a result of a power surge (can be on the cable or power lines). All settings were lost & I had to redo the entire set-up from scratch.
SOURCE: What is the default security code and PIN for
Hi,
Default Security Code - 00000000 or 0000
Regarding PIN, there is no default PIN set up by Samsung. If you wish, you can select a PIN for your handset. The procedure is :-
PIN (Personal Identification Number) code' is a security tool designed
to stop unauthorised usage of a SIM card. You can set the PIN code on
'Security Settings'. You will then be required to enter the PIN code
every time the handset is turned on.
Hope i helped you.
Thanks.

It just occurred to me. Open it up and remove the button battery on the motherboard for an hour. That will be holding the memory for the PIN. Let me know if it works by clicking COMMENT under my post.

To remove the lithium battery:
1. Disassemble printer and locate the lithium cell battery located on the main circuit board.
2. To remove, slide the battery from the coin cell retainer, remove the battery from the board, and
dispose of properly
That didn't work. I might have to contact support.
