Can't find the program for the USB

check any updates of your phone for the software driver and install it to your computer..or betterremove your memory card and use card reader to download pictures or music.

what you need to do is plug the usb in,
and wait until it comes up , it should say import pictures, click that and ur off,
if not try finding the disc ur phone came with and going on that to see how you do it or, go into the place you bought it from.

You need the software so that your phone and your windows xp can talk to each other. The Motorola v360 (GPRS networks) needs version 4.00 of "Motorola Phone Tools" available from Avanquest software. Go to their home page, http://www.avanquest.com and in the search box type Motorola Phone Tools, then click the link for the product, and it will prompt you for your phone model, and tell you that you need version 4.00. It's a very handy and useful package which I've used for my motorola phone, and in my opinion, well worth having to get the most out of your phone.
If you don't want to buy the program, another way to get your pictures onto your computer is to e-mail them to yourself, if your phone is activated for the internet, and download them onto your computer that way. first you need to install the MObile Phone Tools software onto the pc then install the usb drivers and connect the phone to the pc via usb cable.

Try To purchase A Driver Cd Of Your Phone from any Retail Mobile Shop. or Download it form Motorola Web site, It Takes More time. If Your phone not detacted on pc please try to use another usb cable. and it detect please install Driver cd and enjoy.....

Yes.. There is a free program that is called BitPim you can google it.. It will show you how to use it and how to move files off of you phone to your computer.. If you need the drivers to hook up the cable you can get them right off motorola' s website... Motodev.com. BitPim looks more complicated then it really is... but if you need help with it let us know!

If you're with Net10, you should know that Net10 have disabled USB storage mode for the W375. So the only use for the USB connection is USB charging (for which you need the driver from the Motorola website).
