Vintage equipment - hard to find a manual, and prior questions on FIXYA did not find a manual online. Might search on EBAY and Amazon periodically and see if someone has a manual included with this very old appliance.

The manufacturer will not ship outside of the UK, but I suspect you already know that. I have found several other suppliers. Here is one in Israel that seems willing to ship to anywhere, but I didn't confirm they would ship to Malaysia:

This is another that is from Australia, they only indicate shipping to Australia and New Zealand, you can try to contact them and see if they will ship to Malaysia.
