I have a 2 month old Avanti water dispenser model WD360. This morning I got up and found water all around dispenser on floor. Looked at back and water was shipping from black foam tube shown in photo. I can't tell where it connects. I live in Belize and talking it back to store I bought from is not an option not do I think there are any service centers close by. Suggestions on what to do? Thank you

The solenoid at the back of the fridge is suppose to get 230V when the leaver is pressed test the currency and if you het 230V the solenoid is faulty and needs to be replaced other wise its the switch on the leaver that's faulty.
I just replaced the water valve because my water dispenser in the door kept dripping. Google parts for your model and put in water valve. It will cost around $80 for the part. My sic year old did most of thr reacement after watching an online video.
I had a customer that had the same problem with is water dispenser on frig . he replaced the water valve / but it didn't help / so he replaced the dispenser control still didn't help . this only hapened during the night . so he set up his cam coder for over night and you know what he found . in the middle of the night his dog would get a drink and dribble all over the floor . . i don't think this is your problem . but you never know . **** . . no easy fix .. ****
is possible that the plastic tube that leeds in the pan is obstructed or in a wrong position, check if water goes in the pan just put some water trought from the inside hole in the fridge and check if it reach the pan, maybe the inclination of the fridge is not sufficient, ( it has to be inclined to the wall direction so the water slides on the back inside wall of the fridge. can also be poor insulation of the fridge, so the outside surfaces come wet because of the hight air temperature outside and the cold surfaces of the fridge, then the water slides down the floor...make sure about air ventilation around the fridge!...I hope it was useful!
check the switch at back if it is working, check the motor compresor touch the top of the motor comp, if working, the possible problem is the freon, touch the condenser at the back of the unit if hot the freon is working, if no hot, load a freon, ok
