How do iTurn off defrost setting on goldstar model MA-1303BRN

The Goldstar MA-960M (also 961M and 963M) is 850W, 0.9 Cu.ft. The MA-1080M (1081M and 1083M) is 850W, 1.0 Cu.ft; MA-1280M (1281M and 1283M) is 900W, 1.2 Cu.ft; MA-1523M is 900W, 1.5 Cu.ft. Source: Technical Specifications listed in original user manual for MA-960M.

You can defrost items by time but not with the Q-Defrost or Auto-Defrost functions. (I've found it best to defrost ground beef with timed intervals at power 1. Auto Defrost by weight usually starts cooking the meat. You will need to try it a few times to see how long and what power to use.)
