Question about Brookstone Office Equipment & Supplies
SOURCE: Picture problem
Your problem might be a simple signal issue. Make sure with your cable provider that you have adequate signal coming into the cable box to convert the signal though all those components, especially the DVI-HDMI converter. The DVI SHOULD be configured to run video only. try bypassing the audio signal with an RCA component cable. This should take the audio load off of the DVI port and re-route it through the RCA jacks, thereby supporting a better video signal. If this doesn't work, then it might be an equipment issue. The 6200 was originally designed to run on RCA component cables. Hold out till after July 1st for new CableCARD ready HD devices.
