Can you wire new kitchen aid model kose507ebl wall oven to direct power from electrical panel board?

Our old westinghouse wall oven ran the wires through a fuse box then to the wall oven.

My convection oven ring does not work

These tend to crack and "unzip" because they are such a tight circle... Kill the power, and meter the ring element for ohm's resistance. If the element tests ok, check the wires to the element for overheating, and if those look fine, remove the control board and look for burnt solder joints where the relays are mounted. I have a Simpson electric oven with stove top elements, and one of the burners will only cook at the highest level, I cant figure out how to change it, any suggestions?

You need to change the "Simmerstat", take the model number to your local electrical parts supplier/parts counter at your local stove retail shop that sells Simpson stoves and ask for one for that model, make sure you get the right one for the position as some control a single element and some control dual elements.

*** TURN OFF THE WALL SWITCH AND ENSURE NO POWER IS APPLIED TO THE STOVE BEFORE PROCEEDING ****
Remove the upper back panel of the stove. Swap wire for wire of the old simmerstat to the new one, remove the knob from the old Simmerstat, undo the nut securing the simmerstat in the oven control panel and discard, fit new one, secure, fit knob, fit back panel, turn on wall switch and test.

Some countrys/states require registered electricians perform this task on electrical appliances so you must ensure you can do this legally before you start and take the relevant safety precautions and don't electrocute yourself.

What distance does the back and sides of the wall oven need to be from the other kitchen cabinets and drywall? What is the voltage and wattage of wall oven? What do the five colors, blue, black, green,...

the installation instructions are in the user manual and the wiring must be done by an accredited , qualified electrician
do anything yourself and the warranty is void

Kitchen Aid Oven - Superba Selectra- receive

Hi,

Here is what Kitchen Aid says about F4:

F4 Meat probe shorted
1. Disconnect meat probe and measure probe resistance (78kω at 60° F [15.6° C],
37kω at 90° F [32.2° C]).
2. If resistance is not valid replace probe.
3. Insert probe and check for a firm connection between probe and jack (in oven cavity).
4. Check connection between jack and harness (in rear of oven).

It sounds like the probe jack may be bad or the wiring between the jack and the control board above.

Kitchen Aid Superba Double Oven

Remove the oven from the wall. Remove the rear panel.
The upper and lower ovens have a non-resettable thermal fuse that has blown.
Use a VOM to verify which fuse. After repair use Easy Off, not self clean.
