SOURCE: Jandy Lite2 Pool heater will not stay lit after firing.

Look at the sensor that tells unit that everything is lit. There should be some sort of sensor that tells the ECU that the ingnition area is a burn temp. It sounds like the unit can't tell that flame is lit. Hope this helps.

SOURCE: jandy lite2 heater has fl5 error code, all voltages look good

If all voltage test points are within range, then it's 1 of 3 problems: Power Conversion Plug is faulty; Power Control Board is faulty; or Controller is faulty. Jandy says there is no way to test any of these directly. They recommend that you replace both the Power Conversion Plug (~$35) and the Power Control Board (~$230). Apparently when one fails, it can cause the other to fail as well. They said that unless the Controller has a lot of corrosion on it, then it probably is not the issue.

I have the FL4 error code. Replaced igniter and checked the fuses. Still doesn't light

FL4 is related to the flow in your heater, you need to check first if you filters are too dirty, remove then reset breaker and try again if it go away it was your filter being too dirty, if it doesnt it is most likely the PressureSwitch on your heater.

I have a Lite2 heater that is about 4 years old set up to use 220. Worked great up to now. The fuses on the igniter blow out when it tries to light burner. Replaced the igniter and no help. It appeared the...

Check for a shorted or frayed wire. Rodents like to nest in heaters, and you could be experiencing a fault to ground, causing the fuses to blow. It may be in the harness. You can test for continuity to the heater cabinet. It may be in the wire going to the ignitor, that is why it doesn't blow the fuses until power is sent to the ignitor. There also could be a problem with the IID.

Jandy LJ250N pool heater turns on - runs 10 minutes then stops

FL 2 is ignition failure,
If it ignites as you and the heat icon comes on, then it quits it sounds like you are losing gas pressure, no gas flow or it is to low, or air is in the gas line, if there is ignition then your flame sensor is not sensing the flame. or it needs to be replaced.
