Any filters on it? There could be a waste filter and water in filter. Waste, if one, should be in or at bottom and water filter would be at the rear of the machine. Normally the flexi hose will have a fine mesh filter filter fitted and that could be blocked by contaminates in the water supply such as limescale. Machine has a pressure flow switch so if blocked the pressure would drop.
SOURCE: TECNIK TOP STOVE
although not with a Tecnik, I have found that if you unplug the stove from the wall and let it "set" for a day or so, it gets out of this repeat clicking mode. Sometimes doing it twice.

To remove the cover, undo the two screws holding on the equipment tray on the handle. Then turn upside down and undo the two screws on the bottom. You will need a very long handled screw driver to reach into the deep recesses. I think they may to TORX screws (working from memory and has been a while since I pulled one apart). The blue cover will now pull off. The only trouble you may have is that the bolts are ordinary black steel ones and may have rusted through
Most likely fault is that the pressure switch has failed open. A combination of dirty water leaking past the seals and rust will eventuall jam the switch. The switch assembly is the white plastic part directly bolted onto the pump. A plunger is pushed by the pump when it is up to pressure which trips a micro switch and turns the power off. You will need to replace the complete pressure switch which is about $60. If you take care the micro switch assembly can be removed and then put back onto the new switch. If you break it, then another $40.
SOURCE: Tv has sound but no picture.
If it works on DVD but not on your Dish, and when you connected it to another house it had the same problem then it sounds like your input connection is bad on the TV. That is if I am understanding this right. From what I am reading your Dish network is not showing a picture but the audio is working fine. The DVD player works fine on the TV though. Then you took the TV and hooked it to another dish system and it was the same problem. That sounds to me like you TV is having a problem, either that or the cables for your Dish network are bad. Try switching to a different input, like the one the DVD player is on and seeing if it works there. If not, then the cables are bad and you just need to replace the cables. If it does work though where the DVD was working before then your TV input is bad on that port you were hooked to before.
Let me know if you have any other questions and if this was helpful. If you need some more clarification let me know, I hope this is helpful. Good luck and have a good weekend. Get it fixed before the Super Bowl.
