My Euro-Pro ultra steam shark II MODEL ep 908, the flexible hose has detach from the heating canister. How to fix it?

Call them at 1-800-798-7398
Have the model number, the country it was made in and the date it was made. All found on sticker on bottom of unit. They are foreigners that answer the phone, so be prepared to spell everything. It takes 3 weeks to get the parts but I found them to be inexpensive.

SOURCE: My Europro shark steam mop won't steam, light on but no steam.

Hard water deposits. I ran some white vinegar through mine, like a coffee maker, and it worked for a while, but clogged again. So I unplugged it, let it cool and turned it over in the bathtub and squirted a small amount of Lime-Away into the hole where the steam comes out. Let it soak for 5- 10 minutes and it is working like is is brand new.
