I need to remove the chuck assembly from Hilti TE16 c

With the palm of your hand over the chuck where the bit goes in take your fingers and pull the black sleeve right at the drill casing and pull towards your palm. After you have pulled it all the way back just pull the whole chuck off.

My hilti te-75 drills but is not hammering or will not go into chisel mode whay coud be the problem with it

Have seen this problem with some 'none' HILTI bits which do not fit correctly into the SDS chuck.
Tends to be with larger drill bits which have a wider shank than the SDS connector, the wider shank hits the end of the drill nose which stops the end of the drill bit contacting with the internal hammer.
Solution is to purchase original bits from Hilti. If you have OEM bits and chisel it will be another problem. Hope this helps.

Drill bit stuck in chuck

Grab the bit and see if it will move in or out of the chuck around a half inch. If the bit will not move at all inside the chuck at all. Lock the bit in a vise and strike the chuck with a rubber mallet. This will usually get the bit out.

Where should I grease the hilti 7c

You should not have to grease The TE-7. It is permantly lubricated. You can occasionally put a small ball of grease on the end of a drill bit before you stick in the chuck. This will keep the chuck greased.

Te70 hilti hammer drill

The TE-70 is permantly lubricated. You would only add lubricant if you took the tool apart. You can add a small amount of grease to the end of your bit occasionally before putting in the chuck. This keeps the chuck parts lubed.

Will the bits from the te-c3x fit my te-17

Yes. New bits will fit old Hilti drills. Old Hilti bits do not fit the new (last 15 years) Hilti drills.
