Sounds like the high speed relay is stuck or not working at all, It is in the main contol box, and can be manually tripped to see if this is indeed the problem. Unless you are a skilled repair tech, this job is better left to a pro.

Slow spinning of the fan might be caused by a low voltage. Is there any way you can measure the voltage, and if the wires are properly connected, check for any loose wiring or rust in between connections. Maybe the breaker that supplies power to the fans has a loose connections inside, try putting a new breaker of same rated current. Check if those three fans are connected to the same breaker. Breaker can go bad from the inside not doing a proper connection and supplying a low voltage, this might be causing the slow spinning of the fan. Second the black box in the space with all the wires is called the capacitor.

Yes it should be covered under warranty, it might not be a shaft breakage. there is a hex nut under the gearcase cover that might have loosened up. But I would take to a repair center first for warranty coverage. If you still have problems let me know.

The problem is a faulty Door Latch Assembly. The same thing happened to my Frigidaire front load washer. The part is easy to install, costs about 60 dollars and can be picked up at most appliance repair stores . To access the switch just remove the wire around the front drum gasket, peel back the rubber gasket beside the switch assembly then remove the two screws holding it in place. remove the three wire connector blocks and swap in the new switch. My washer was giving me error code 41 witch is a faulty control board. But the problem was in fact only the switch...
