If the apps are ones that have come with the phone, you cannot remove them without rooting your phone. That will also void any warranty u may have. You can go into apps through settings and disable whatever apps u wish as well as remove any installed updates though.

An Android phone and a Windows phone are two different Operating Systems. The app might be compatible but it has to be downloaded from the Windows phone, you can't put apps you downloaded from an android onto a Windows phone. Go to the Windows App store and find the apps you want and download them, it will take time because you'll have to do it individually. (BTW it will say they are "installed" because Windows will recognize it as a file)

1. Go to settings
2. add account
3. tap microsoft account
4. Type in email and password for microsoft account.
And then it should log in.
