very possibly can
if there are 2 small shockys in the mount , the rams will fit in their place and the rest is academic as to fitting
You should be talking to a Tohatsu service dealer as they have all of the ideas as to the fitment procedures

I just looked at 7 different sites and they are saying Max RPM is between 4,500 - 5,050... How accurate is your Gauge?

Prop Pitch will greatly effect MAX RPM.
