Here the solution is quite simple. As I was taught on Studydaddy you need to approach the problem solving easier, we have 1500 ml, and we need to divide 30 ml for each cupcake and get a response of 50 cupcakes!
1,000ml = 1 liter
We need common units to compare. We can convert everything to liters or milliliters, one or the other, it does not matter.
I will use liters.
30ml = 0.030 liters
We have 1.5 liters of dough.
How many times does 0.03 go into 1.5?
Good luck,
Paul

sounds like a bad ignitor, sometimes lighting and not relighting during extended cooking time. dies it take longer than a minute to ignite gas? more then 10 in to preheat? smell gas while cookin?? all signs of a bad bake ignitor
SOURCE: My cakes and cupcakes fall
If your cakes are falling you need to cook them longer. The best way to see if they are done is to take your finger and poke the top. If you see the imprint of your finger in the top then it is not done. If the cake springs back to its original shape then it is done. :)

SOURCE: My son lost the directions
I have directions for you. They are 1 cake mix, 2 eggs and 4 tsps butter. blend cake mix with eggs for 30 sec. add butter and beat 3-4 min. Bake 350 for 10-12 min.
Frosting: Add 2 TBLSP of boiling water. beat on high for 2 min. If it is too thick add little water or if too thin, but in refrigerator for 10 min. and mix.
Hope that helps.

Funrise (the manufacturer) does not appear to have the directions posted online. Their website does state that you can obtain a copy from them.
