Sure-seal stainless steel blade I need to get the steel and sealing ring jar gasket

  • Angelina Jolie
    Angelina Jolie Nov 15, 2018

Exactly I don't have that much of idea about stainless steel blade & that ring jar gasket. I will try swapping the blades of my glass jar and try... I am sure that would work. ... We need blenders a lot... So this is seal ring is very essential to have, which is why I'm so surprised no store around me sold them from Zuobisijewelry.

SOURCE: cuisinart sealing gasket

The gasket goes between the cutting assembly and the glass. So you slip it on over the top of the blades and then put the glass jar over top of that. Screw the bottom cap on to tighten everything together.

Why doesn't blade spin?

Either the coupling from the motor with the fingers on it is not really attached to the motor shaft or the drive on the blade that engages with it is not attached to the blade shaft. One other thing is that on some models if the rubber jar seal between the beaker and the blade carrier is in the wrong place it can raise the blade drive to not engaging properly with the motor coupling. The gasket goes between the jar and the blade carrier, not under the blade carrier.

Hi, Oh no!!!!!!, my blade has seized up and left little black bits of the gasket right under the blade in the jar. Can I get this gasket? We bought this absolute AWESOME Blender at the Home Show here in...

The bearing and seal are not replaceable. The bearing is sonically welded into thte base of the jar. The K-Tec is made by Blend-Tec, and any of the Blend-Tec jars will work as a direct replacement.

GE single serve blender 898679--need replacement plastic gasket for grinding jar. I am told by Walmart, where I purchased it, that I need to return it. I don't want to return it. The blade chewed up the...

I had the same issue. i took the gasket from the other blade to use with the blade i use everyday. one trick is, don't remove that gasket to clean it but make sure it stays in there. Just soak it and scrub it good, to make sure it stays seated in there.

If the gasket comes loose while you are grinding, the lid will come loose in the base and sometimes causes you to not be able to get the jar from the base. you have to turn the jar the opposite direction to get the lid to tighten up, then you can remove the jar from the base.

I am trying to get replacement jars since those plastic nobbies that run the blender have broken off. It is down to one of 3 nobbies, so it can't be run anymore. I mght just have to buy a brand new blender but it seems so wasteful.

We have the Hamilton 12 speed blender and we can't figure out how to put the blande and the seal on the botto of the jar.

The rubber gasket goes between the jar and the blade assembly, and then the base screws on to hold them all in place.

My jugs are leaking too at the bottom. If anybody finds the replacement jugs somewhere please let me know. I have a double smoothie maker model 5787. Thanks! email me at [email protected]

My blender would do that if I didn't screw the jar on firmly enough. Sometimes the action of the blades will even loosen the bottom from the jar during blending, so I always hold the jar handle while the blending is going on. That way if it starts to undo, I can twist it back tight. Before I learned that trick I had smoothies leaking out the bottom - what a mess! Also make sure you put the gasket/seal on in the right order. If it's in the wrong place it won't seal correctly.

Waring blender - new blade

I just figured it out. The key is you need to think in terms of keeping the blades and the large washers separate. Here's what you do.
Thread the blade through the glass and use the white rubber gaskets against the glass and the stainless gaskets against the hardware. Then tighten the whole enchilada to the blender with the main nut (that goes on the bottom outside of the blender). Then once that's nice and tight tighten the flange that catches the blender teeth to the remaining portion of the protruding threads. Make sure you use the copper colored gasket first then the stainless washer then the stainless flange. Tighten that real good and you should be good to go.
To check if you've done it right spin the flange. If the blades spin independent of everything else you're good to blend away!
