Where can i download the manual for a orion ccd 13 inch tv?

go to a channel that will let you turn tv sound down to zero. then turn tv to channel block asking for password. next on the tv hold the volume down button and at the same time hold down the number 0 on the remote. It should unlock

* Change to a blocked channel (where it asks for V-Chip password)
* On the TV (not from the remote) hold the volume down button
* (While holding volume on TV) hold the '0' key on the remote for between 2-10 seconds...
* The screen should unlock, and you should have no V-Chip restrictions.

make sure your tv is on.. On the remote control, press TV once.
. Press and hold set until the l.e.d. red light blinks twice,
then release set.. Enter the first four-digit code for your tv
the l.e.d. will blink twice. If the l.e.d. did not blink twice, repeat steps 2 through to 4 and enter the code again.
.point the remote control at the tv and press power once.your tv should turn off. If it does not, repeat steps 2 through to 5...i think these codes might work for you set .0236, 0463.

SOURCE: i bought a redi remote for 6513dd tv combo 13 inch crt tv i can't figure out how to set up the color tint contrast etc. etc. i don't know how to download the manual HELP!!!!

That remote is not able to do this functions.
