It is for a 2014 Husqvarna Trimmer 128LD; cannot find the QCJ-8Y anywhere!
According to the Husqvarna manual the OEM spark plug is a Champion RCJ-6Y gapped at 0.024 in.
The NGK BPMR7A is readily available.

Here is the exact one you need: Husqvarna 531300688. You can buy it on Amazon for less than $5.00. IMO far better to use Original Equipment parts than to use aftermarket. I am not a fan of Champion Plug.

Check the wire that goes to the "OFF" button. See if it is by chance loose or cracked allowing a short. Beyond that, it would probably be the coil, but I would lean towards some type of a short, especially if you know the plug is OK.

The next step is to richen the fuel mixture on the H screw on the carb, there is a special tool required to turn the adjuster screws because they have a splinr rather than a screw driver slot, the tool is part np. 530035560 unscrew tthe H screw 1/4 turn anti clockwise.
