Page 99 onwards. It doesn't look like you can easily. Page 95 does say

Switch to the Sharing mode (to send files by email or upload files to websites, such as Flickr or YouTube).

Read the manual carefully.

The service manual is going to be a little hard to come by. Have you tried E-bay ? I have seen service manuals there before, there is usually one guy that copies them to CD and sells it that way.

"stop" or freeze the action of movement.. You should have a shutter speed priority program that lets you choose the shutter speed and the camera does the rest.... read your owners manual...
