Looking for a NUGK100DH01 Heil-Quaker AC drip pan replacement?

I had a broken handle with this grill, and called Fox International @ 1800-231-9786. I asked while speaking to them about replacing my drip pan, and they do carry it. It cost $14.95.

Test to make sure the limit switch is still working prior to the rewire. Use an Ohm meter and test for continuity. If good, use some good quality 14 or 12 guage wire to rewire. If the unit has an in-line fuse, you will need to replace that as well.

Probably your flue isn't clear enough.
Try blowing it out, you might have to remove a cover to do it.
Otherwise it may be the flue passage detector needs replacing.
