Hi~
You can reset the maintenance count by going to the Configuration Menu.
Step 1: Turn off your X64x printer
Step 2: Hold the 2 and 6 buttons while the printer is off
Step 3: Turn on the printer but don't release the buttons yet. Keep holding those buttons for about 10 secs
Step 4: On your Operator Panel, you should see "Configuration Menu"
Step 5: Scroll down and look for "Reset Maint Count" and select it.
Step 6: Exit Config Menu and powercycle your printer (turn it off then back on)
Hope this is helpful... =)

After replacing all the items in the photoconductor kit, reset the maintenance counter: 1 Press and hold the Select and Return buttons while you turn the printer on. 2 Release the buttons when Performing Self Test appears on the display. The printer performs its power-on sequence, and then Config Menu appears on the first line of the display. 3 Press Menu until you see Reset Maint Cnt and then press Select. Reset appears on the second line of the display. 4 Press Select. Resetting Maint Cnt Value appears briefly on the display, and then is replaced by Config Menu on the top line and Reset Maint Cnt on the second line. 5 Press Menu until you see Exit Config Menu, and then press Select. Activating Menu Changes appears briefly, followed by Performing Self Test. The printer returns to the Ready state.

NOTE: Resetting the maintenance kit counter should ONLY be done after replacing the maintenance kit.
To reset, you need to go to the printer's Configuration Menu by turning off the printer. Press and hold the Select (check) and the right arrow buttons simultaneously while powering on the printer. Release the buttons when Performing Self Test displays. Scroll down and select Reset Maintenance Count Value. Then just exit the Configuration Menu or simply power cycle the printer. Thanks.
