How to test sarter solenoid on husqvarna rider 155

Try this. Remove the solenoid from the mower, this makes access to test it easier. Apply 12 volts to the two SMALL terminals on the solenoid. You should get a clear "Click" as you turn the power ON and again as you turn it OFF.
With the power ON use a multimeter set to Ohms or Resistance and test across the two LARGE terminals. you should get no resistance. When you turn OFF the power it should change to a resistance reading.

How do you replace a brake cable on a Husqvarna rider 155

There is 8 versions of this mower out there and there are two versions of this cable. You may simply look-up the wrong version. If your mower serial label has a product number look it by that number; otherwise, give cable 576712101 which superseded 535489601 a try.

How to replace starter button on 2002 dyna low rider

Place a piece of cardboard between the brake lever and housing (so that you don't brake the tip of the brake light switch off ) adust the throttle and idle cable . Remove the 2 screws holding the switch housing, remove the two screws holding the perch, remve the little screw holding the switch into the housing you may also hve to cut the cable tie holding the wiring tite to switch. also be aware of the little copper or brass wedge behind the brake light switch. Now you can push or roll up the wiring cover and cut and soider the wires in or remove fuel tank find connector and remove pin and tape a snake to it and pull the wiring out. I myself cut and soilder.

Husqvarna Rider 155 No steering Rear end of cable looks okay

The steering is fairly basic, a steering wheel that turns a steering shaft, on the end of the shaft is a sprocket, around the sprocket runs a short chain, on either end of the chain is a steel cable, both cables run to a quadrate at the underside of the engine, the r/h cable then goes the the l/h fixing and the l/h to the right, so either the locking screw on the steering wheel shaft has come loose and not turning the lower shaft, or the sprocket has sheered from the lower shaft, or the cables are not adjusted correctly, remove the cover on top of the chassis between you feet, you will then see the lower shaft, sprocket and chain, you should see the problem when the steering is turned.

I have a husqvarna rider 155, the transmission loses power after I have ben mowing for an hour

Hi, remove the battery and battery carrier, clean all grass and debris from the hydrostatic drive, cooling fins and fan. Your problem is most likely the hydrostatic drive over heating. Hope this helps, regards Phil.

I have a Husqvarna Rider 155. Does the transmission oil ever need to be replaced? Is there a filter ? If so how do I change it? Where can I get a SERVICE manual?

Not an expert but have a rider 155. After looking at diagram on partstree.com, it does not appear to have a filter. Just a magnetic drain plug. This is the only site I have found for info and parts.
