Inside the master disposal box is a black pressure plate. It cannot see the home position sensor. Remove it and check where the flag is for that plate. When properly repositioned it will operate again. Also, master sure that the disposal box set sensor is not popped out of its mount.
sc546 is a fuser temperature detect error. One or both of the thermistors most likely need to be cleaned or replaced, but you will have to go into service mode to reset the code once you do that.
