That is standard UK wiring.

If it lights up when you turn it on, it won't be the fuse being blown. If there is no sound, not even hum, when it's turned up, it's probably the output section is blown and it needs to go to the shop.

Balanced audio interconnects (either XLR or TRS cables from the mixer and then balanced audio interconnects from the amp daisy chain inputs to the existing speaker inputs. If the amps do not have linked input jacks, then use TRS type WYE connectors at the inputs. Then use speaker rated cables from the amps to the passive speakers.

You would need TWO DC supplies as they use AC so they can create both a plus and minus 15 volt power source to run the internal op amps.

Scroll down to the little link "Get Manual" and download the service manual and schematic. You will find the power input in the upper left corner of page 5.

The power amp is the final stage - the last output from the mixer goes to the power amps.
Its a routing problem - some mixers only allow certain routing and this could be affecting your FX routes.
All the FX - internal or outboard come before power.
Check the manual Check the aux send and returns Check if you need need stereo plugs for the send and return of FX.
