TV bought from Aldi Bauhn 32" AT32HDC-1017 When first started remote responded to all start up requirements - country tuning. Now will not respond to anything. I even supplied new batteries. No sensor on remote however is on tv when i turn it on manually. Can you suggest what to do next?

you can check your remote with a celular camera turn on the camera and point to the lens you most see the remote blinking if yes then wait for techman he will give you somes tips...good luck

There seems to be a problem with the IR LED of your television. solder the connections if any of them is cut. Also there can be loose connections. its better to contact the retailer from whom you purchased this tv

Resetting the TV
If the buttons on the remote AND the buttons on the TV case do not work (channels do not change and you cannot open or navigate the menu), the TV has stopped responding. Reset the TV as follows:

NOTE:
Some TVs have a reset button. If available and accessible, try using the reset buttons before using the steps below. Using the reset buttons can save time.


1. Unplug the TV power cord from the power outlet.
2. Unplug any connected devices (DVD, Set-top boxes, etc...)
3. Press and hold the TV power button for five seconds.
4. Plug the TV power cord back into the power outlet and turn on the TV.
5. Open the on-screen menu to confirm that the TV is responding again.
6. Turn off the TV and reconnect the devices.
7. Turn on the TV.

Remote sensor is locketed on pcb it an be replaced
