NO PC told ,,maker and model\ (i guess, DIY mobo PC desktop?)
if only a mobo say so and tell its maker (asrock) and model.
we can not guess any of that
asrock.com
all are there, go there get them
same answer on any PC, find OEM website (google)
the go there
and tell them what you have.
and BINGO.
drivers that fail PnP , must be obtained at asroc or get infected you will.

G41M-S3 (asrock?) G41 intel chip set
    mobo have lots of chip
for the mobo to work all drivers for all chip must be correct and only Asrock has them.
if MS pnP fails. did you try ?

the end letters matter . S3
as those letters show what optional chip are there. like SOUND, and more.
learn to read the top of mobo first\
and if it shows V2 version 2 that too must be used for getting drivers.
the box the DIY mobo came in has the full model stated there too. 100% accurate

no OS stated( no GOAL) we can not guess OS. you want. ever.
and w10-drivers on relic g41 do not exist.
intel did not make them. so do not exist
    website lair sites are infected.

Dose e3400 supprot directx 11?

No it does not. However, it does support DirectX 10, and almost any game or other graphics program will run fine on DirectX 10, but won't display the extra graphics effects of DirectX 11.

Graphic driver

the driver depends on your graphics hardware (chipset on m/b or graphics card) and the operating system, not the CPU. Please supply your o/s and hardware information

My Intel Celeron Dual Core E3400 Processor is running at 1200mhz, instead of 2600mhz. I tried altering all the available Bios options, but to no avail. Even more, my Windows XP x86 Professional recognizes...

Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click Power
Change the power-setting from "portable" (implying long battery life) to "desktop" (implying full speed processing, but shorter battery life).

I want intel celeron audio drivers

There is no such thing as intel celeron audio drivers. A Celeron based PC uses the Intel Celeron micro processor. This has no audio capability. Audio is provided in most cases by an Audio processing chip on the motherboard, although there may be a separate sound card instead. In either case you need to determine the type of audio chip used (Realtek is a common manufacture) and then search on the internet for the relevant drivers. If you post the motherboard model number or the PC model here then someone may be able to determine the audio drivers required.
